We include our beautiful organic certified elderberries (grown fresh on the farm!)
- freeze dried elderberries
- cinnamon chunks
- ginger chunks

** not included :: You will need to purchase filtered water and local honey for making the syrup. The local honey is what aids in the allergy defence. Also advised is to have apple cider vinegar on hand as we like to use our elderberries twice. 

** not suitable for children under the age of 1 due to the honey used in the recipe.

Daily Recommended Dose
As a preventive/immune booster, simply take 1 dose per day. 
-adults 1 tablespoon per day
-children (at least 12 months old) 1 teaspoon a day
At the onset of symptoms, repeat the dosage every 2 hours as needed until the symptoms subside. Then go back to your daily dose.
